Shaan-e-Pakistan is all set to take Colombo by storm!

Karachi, March 20, 2020: PROMISING SHAAN-E-PAKISTAN is a 3-DAY FESTIVAL, in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 21st till 23rd March, 2020. The purpose of doing such festivals outside Pakistan is to give our country a platform to represent the beauty of its art, culture, music, food, fashion, property and trade. The three-day event will include exhibitions at Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre by Pakistani and Sri Lankan corporates, designers and artists.

The caravan left for the airport on the 20th where they were greeted by the media. This caravan included various celebrities such as Wajih Farooki, Humayun Alamgir, Bisha Abbas among others as well as Shanaz Ramzi who will be representing Pakistan and presenting a soft image of our country to the rest of the world by promoting Pakistani food, television, fashion and music.

In 2015, the first edition was a three-day event, with a festive night “Eik Shaam Pakistan Kay Naam”. In 2016, Shaan-e-Pakistan returned with its second edition “Kya Dilli Kya Lahore”. In 2017, she had done couple of other collaborations like in Canada. In 2018, she pulled off a great content by bringing Rimple and Harpreet Narula the celebrity designer of Padmavat. After successfully conducting festivals in Lahore and Delhi Shaan-e-Pakistan’s 5th edition is on track to be the biggest one yet. Huma Nassr’s journey for creating fashion avenues for Pakistan locally and internationally are unlimited.
